La Alcaldía de Tuluá llevó a cabo una importante jornada de capacitación para la comunidad rural de Bellavista, con el objetivo de prevenir derrumbes y mitigar el colapso de las vías durante la temporada invernal. La capacitación, realizada en conjunto con el equipo de Gestión del Riesgo y la Secretaría de Hábitat e Infraestructura, enseñó a los habitantes del sector el adecuado manejo y tratamiento del agua, así como la correcta gestión y mantenimiento de los sistemas de alcantarillado y desagües.
